I can verify that this is absurdly delicious. The textures and flavors were perfect! Mascarpone whipped cream was our favorite creamy topping. My wife @stuffinfluffcooking is a genius.

Liquid or dry, US cups are a volume measurement, so a weight measurement like grams would vary depending on the ingredient. For dry ingredients, you may indeed want it in grams.
That said, Google is GREAT for volume-to-weight conversions on typical ingredients. Just search “1 cup to grams *ingredient*” and viola!
